Something is roasting, something is toasting, something is baking, sizzling and percolating and it is your breakfast. We use our own home -grown vegetables and berries in healthy combinations. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and just baked raspberry muffins or chocolate chip cherry scones. Sit down to a small dish of fresh fruit topped with Greek yogurt and our homemade granola. This will be followed with one of Leslie’s expertly made breakfast entrees such as Puff Pancakes with Maple Baked Pears, Breakfast Pizzas with sun-dried cherry tomatoes, bacon, roasted mushrooms and fresh mozzarella, or creamy polenta topped with roasted vegetables and poached eggs.
Breakfast is served at the table at 9am. Please let us know if you need an earlier time or prefer to miss breakfast and sleep in. Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice.
Freshly made baked goods are available each afternoon on the kitchen counter.
